At isiGude Wellness, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something is not right, we will work to review and resolve the issue fairly.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow additional processing time during holidays, promotions, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping
Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. isiGude Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at info@isigude.com within 5 business days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items are reviewed based on the information provided, along with applicable order, shipping, and delivery records. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns for Ingestible Products
For safety and product integrity reasons, opened ingestible products are not eligible for return or refund.
We accept return requests for unopened ingestible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, email info@isigude.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened ingestible products
- Products not in original condition
- Products returned without proof of purchase
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Store Credit
In select customer service situations, store credit may be offered where appropriate.
